"She runs through the blue, the shadow of passage falls over her. On one hand, a silent guardian." Spoiler Alert From the quest giver go east and cross the river (use the bridge towards The Shire). Follow a path on the right which descends to the river bank. Look for the Small Clasped Box at the foot of the statue at [24.4S, 91.8W].
